Because of the handmade nature of each item, all sales are final. This ensures the highest standard of craftsmanship and supports sustainable, small-batch production.
However, if your item arrives damaged or you experience a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To report an issue, send an email to michelle@grandmaskills.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- A photo of the item

Shipping
All Grandma Skills orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Minnesota. Because every item is handmade in small batches, please allow a short processing time around 3-5 days before your order ships.
Orders will ship via USPS, shipping rates are calculated at checkout, either USPS Economy (5-8 business days) or Standard (3-4 business days).
All orders include tracking information once shipped, which you will receive via the e-mail entered at checkout.
